About the position

We are currently looking for a full-time receptionist for one of our clients in Stockholm. As a receptionist, you are the company's face and play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional impression for visitors, customers, and employees.

The role involves a combination of reception duties and administrative tasks, where you have daily contact with both internal and external parties. You will become an important part of the operation and contribute to ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

Examples of tasks include:

• Receiving and welcoming visitors with a professional and service-oriented attitude.
• Managing the reception area and serving as the company's first point of contact.
• Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person.
• Performing administrative tasks and providing support in daily work.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a well-functioning reception.

We are looking for someone with:

• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

About the employment

The position is a full-time consultancy assignment for 6 months through Adecco, located with the client in Stockholm.
